Gifts to the Emory & Henry Fund and its Family of Funds are unrestricted and provide general support for the University.

Emory & Henry Fund

The Emory & Henry Fund (the annual fund) is important to the vitality and strength of the University as unrestricted gifts empower the institution to focus resources where they are needed most.

The Family of Funds

With the Family of Funds, contributors now have the opportunity to support one of six areas meaningful to them. Providing more giving options and new, broader choices enables you to direct your charitable support to an area most meaningful to you.

Faculty and Academic Programs:

Contributions will directly support educational and technological improvements that faculty utilize to maximize student success.

Student Scholarships:

Donations will support student scholarships and opportunities that allow our students to thrive at E&H.

Student Life:

Support underwrites the student government program and other important student-led organizations and clubs, student publications, community service organizations, security, the University’s Outdoor Program, intramural athletics and more.

Sustainability:

Contributions provide support for University projects that promote energy efficiency and the ethical stewardship of campus resources.

The University will reserve the option of reallocating funds among the designated areas in the unlikely case that contributions among those areas become severely unbalanced with just one or two gift options attracting the majority of the donations.

E&H Athletics Tournament

As an NCAA Division II institution, Emory & Henry offers athletics scholarships to student-athletes who excel both the classroom and in their sport. Private financial support is crucial for the operation of our robust athletics program.

Unrestricted donations to the E&H Athletics Tournament are used for greatest need and the benefit of all student-athletes and the 24 varsity teams. Donors are also able to designate E&H Athletics Tournament contributions, should you desire your support to be directed to one of the specific teams.
