Quid pro quo harassment – when an employee (like a professor or supervisor) offers or threatens something (such as a grade or job benefit) in exchange for sexual conduct.
Unwelcome conduct – sexual in nature and so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it effectively denies someone equal access to an education program or activity.
Sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking – as defined by federal law, these are considered forms of sexual harassment under Title IX.
